This successful and professional company based in Essex requires a Service Advisor to work within their busy but friendly Service Department.
Duties will include:-
To load the workshop to the optimum level against set monthly targets
To maintain the highest levels of customer care and assistance
To liaise with Service Team Leader to ensure optimum workshop productivity
To maximise the sales through the workshop.
To action manufacture recalls
To improve customer satisfaction and so raise CSI scores
Directly responsible to the Aftersales Manager
To maintain regular contact and working relationships with:
Other Reception staff
Aftersales Manager
Service Team Leader
Administrators
Technicians
Parts staff
Sales staff
Accountant/Credit Controller
Retail, Fleet, Business and Trade Customers
Must have motor trade experience
