To agree annual and monthly targets for volume and gross profit margins with the Fleet Centre Manager.
  Long Description :
2 To ensure budget and sales objectives are met through regular examination of accounts. 3 To supply vehicles to Fleet users within Company pricing structure and to agreed timescales. 4 To maximise the profitability of each deal through active selling of finance, accessories, delivery and servicing. 5 To fully utilise the internal contact management system to manage your customers & prospects and provide management information. 6 To develop your customer base by actively pursuing an appointment programme with existing customers and new prospects. 7 To ensure that all quotes for the week are followed up in a timely fashion. 8 Ensure that customers are kept fully informed of all developments with their account/query, to the highest possible standards of customer satisfaction. 10 To keep in close touch with the manufacturer, and in particular, the Area Fleet Manager, to be aware of all discounts and sales incentives. 11 To keep key accounts fully up to date with all relevant prices, product, specification and offers information, and to keep sales history files (within the contact management system) on these accounts. 13 To ensure, in conjunction with the [account team], that Fleet demonstrators are optimised. 14 To arrange regular fleet promotional events for selected customers and prospects. 15 To progress customer orders from receipt of order to vehicle dispatch, and to ensure vehicle handovers take place to the satisfaction of the customer. 16 To produce regular debtor reports and pro-actively chase overdue payers. 17 To be fully aware of the latest pricing policies/terms and fleet codes for all quotations sent to customers. 18 To keep existing and potential customers aware of new models and benefits offered by dealership\'s range of cars and commercial vehicles. Personnel Profile: Education: Secondary level or equivalent. Skills: Communication skills Creative/ lateral thinking problem solving style Ability to work effectively with the “virtual” team Motivational skills Self motivated and driven approach Computer literate, with experience of Goldmine desirable. Experience: Corporate sales experience desirable Experience in the motor industry is essential. Special Requirements: Valid driving licence.
